Holistic medication management and therapy.

My passion is helping patients thrive by addressing their mental health concerns holistically. While medication management is part of my practice, I work with patients to incorporate wellness strategies such as regular exercise, balanced nutrition, meaningful social engagement, and mindfulness practices.

Therapy at Your Pace
Therapy sessions are tailored to your schedule and preferences. While many clients find bi-weekly appointments ideal, you are welcome to schedule sessions weekly, monthly, or at an interval that works best for you.

Your Provider: Ryan MacPhee PMHNP-BC

I am a graduate of UC Berkeley and UC San Francisco, where I completed my training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My areas of expertise include treating depression, ADHD, anxiety, insomnia, and substance use. I also specialize in men’s mental health, sexual health, and working with the LGBTQ+ community.

My approach to psychiatry is patient-centered and holistic. Whenever appropriate, I collaborate with patients to integrate lifestyle practices such as exercise, nutrition, meditation, and social connection into their mental health care. Please note that I do not prescribe long-term benzodiazepines.
