Holistic Mental Health Care

I primarily provide telehealth as well as in-person psychiatric services in Portland, Oregon. My role extends beyond prescribing medications — I see myself as a guide and partner on a holistic journey toward better mental health. Together, we’ll work to affirm your strengths, reduce your stress, and move toward lasting change with strategies tailored to your unique needs.

In addition to psychiatric evaluation and medication management, I incorporate brief psychotherapy, coaching, and psychoeducation. I also work with patients to incorporate wellness strategies such as regular exercise, balanced nutrition, meaningful social engagement, and mindfulness practices. My approach is patient centered and emphasizes collaboration, coordinating with your therapist, primary care doctor, family, and other supports when needed. This ensures your treatment is holistic, personalized, and focused on helping you achieve your goals. Please note that I do not prescribe long-term benzodiazepines.
